Terrible experience Zero training on their claims process & procedures. Was thrown into handling dental policy claims, they were so poorly staffed because people kept quitting, there was no one available to answer questions. I was thrown into a sink or swim situation, and set up to fail after being treated like an admin, and was never advised on how to handle CAT situations. Overall it was an overwhelming experience, and was relieved when my assignment ended.
