Terrible Culture -not startup related Culture- the CEO and Sr leadership expect you to work all the time. There is no work life balance even though they tell you there is. I get when there is a tight deadline but month after month due to lack of planning/resources is ridiculous. People have literally run from this place after being there less than a year. Favoritism for anyone the CEO likes but once you are deemed not essential you will quickly be ignored and treated like dirt. Quality- leadership is more concerned about meeting deadlines than producing a high quality product. Corners are cut. Promotions and pay are not equal for equivalent roles. People with less experience get promoted because they are friends with CEOs kids.
