Terrible company to work for There is blatant favoritism in all departments. Sales team has favoritism but the worst display possible is in accounting. One person is allowed overtime as much as she wants, she starts problems between all departments and does minimal work as possible and the manager does nothing. Some sales reps are permitted to come to work whenever they want where others are penalized for missing and eventually fired though they?re there more often then that favorites.employee of the month is not properly voted for it is just who the managers line the most
