Teacher Stifling, controlling work environment, lack of concern for employees, lack of trust of employees, lack of concern for education of children, lack of insight for effective teaching, and behavioral management practices, administration is over concern with appearances to LAUSD instead of being in touch with reality regarding needs and concerns of students and staff.
