Swiss Army Knife Those people all left. Office culture got stale. Delusional goals and management that doesn't seem to listen or care to anyone but themselves. Management has a million decent ideas but have the attention spans of a 5 year old. Because of this, development resources have to focus across multiple products in multiple industries, and the end result are products that aren't really that great. Consultants are left doing the same work over and over instead of trying to innovate and make clients' lives easier. They sometimes operate like a big corporate company even though there's not that many employees. Essentially a swiss army knife like someone mentioned, good at some stuff, but nothing special at anything.
