Struggles to meet full potential There is a lot of chaos within this company. Management do not know how to lead a team efficiently, and make terrible decisions which have negative implications to so many people. There is very little trust within the company, no matter your position, it is rare you are allowed to take something, run with it and flourish. There are a LOT of unkept promises to employees which suppresses a positive team morale. There is a lot of discussion about how to make the company better, and how to grow stronger but never any action. None of the projects get the funding they deserve, which means the team cannot make the shows the best they can be. There is a real lack of diversity and collaboration in the team, a creative environment is rarely fostered. For a company that focus so heavily on success, underachievers are recognised, congratulated and promoted over high flyers and those succeeding & making profit for the company.
