STAY FAR AWAY!!! They milk you for all that you got and never compensate you. Everything they tell you is a lie. Everyone talks smack about everyone. And a lot of inappropriate behavior and sexual harassment that went under the table. Cannot believe they are still in business, what a horrid place to work at. I'd rather work at a fast food place the rest of my life with compassionate people than ever step foot in such a toxic work environment like Xcite. They are racists, sexists, and always have the urge for putting others down. Sucks how people get stuck working there thinking that anyone actually cares about their well-being... -10/10
