Stay Away There are so many. This company is led by fear and their leader is Paul Booth. He is absolutely the worst. See, Paul leads by fear and all he wants is you to listen to him because he is always right. Forget about your traditional 8 hour job he will make you work a lot more just for no reason. For no reason he will make your life miserable. The reason he does that because he's on his own power trip. Do yourself a favor stay away from this company. The unnecessary stress you'll get from here is not worth it. Also they will find a way to cut your salary once you start working there. They will bring you in on a competitive salary but by two weeks into your tenure. Paul will find a way to cut your salary to what he sees fit.
