Stay Away! If you like micromanagers and drama, this is the place to work. When the directors say they will not tolerate drama but they are the ones starting it, there's an issue. There is a huge communication problem once again with the directors. Directors are only worried about their next career move not the employees. There is no career advancement, they will always hire from the outside before promoting up. Everyone has their favorites and it shows, if you're not a favorite then you might as well quit.
