Stay away! Not the Christian Org. the portray themselves to be! As many other reviews, company is very cult-ish. I would almost describe it as military style. You are always feeling like you need to watch your back and always feel scared to speak your mind. They present this job as one of the best places you?ll work at, but you?ll quickly discover it?s not at all what they paint it to be. Management is dishonest with the quarterly bonuses. They aren?t afraid to let people go in a heart beat. This isn?t the Christian organization they try to portray themselves to be. They don?t care for people, they care for the bottom line.
