Stay Away, Rochelle Lether is the worst! Late pay - Changes made to payroll by director who claimed "rounding off" was the norm - Micro-management by Executive Director/President/Rochelle Lether This company is full of problems. Rochelle Lether loves to micromanage employees and belittle them any chance she gets. She works from home so most of her time is spent there. Expect all employees to commit to the job but the pay is terrible and pay checks come in late. If something bad happens she blames employees. It's never her fault. While I was there I saw her scream at a supervisor and eventually force her to quit because of the negative environment she created. This employee was pregnant and was told many times that her pregnancy was an issue to her commitment to the organization. It was truly ludicrous. Employees are made promises that are never kept by director. These include letters of recommendation, training & development, pay increase, internships. In all, none of the promises that were made to employees for the 2011-2012 school year were kept. My advice is to stay away. Don't be fooled, this is not the company you want to work for.
