Stay Away !! Circa 2014, the ownership and top management in their infinite wisdom tried to force fit a Technology Product model into what was a fledgling Analytics Services company with remnants of a (rather successful) management consulting business. That's when the trouble started. There were arbitrary changes and inane business decisions that failed to recognize the core strengths and went all out trying to sell an unmarketable and non-viable product which no one wanted. There was no regard for employees and hiring and firing decisions started to be made based on personal preferences of those on the top. Then the inevitable happened when the company failed to live up to investors' expectations and was taken over by the creditors. The new brass is trying hard to paint a rosy picture despite a huge (and expected) wave of lay offs, but to the wise it is crystal clear that the company has no future. Period.
