State of panic Management is straight up mean to you. There's no team work, no accountability. Everyone is constantly working in a state of panic because there's so much to get done and not enough people to actually do the work. Management literally curses and raises their voice at you and legitimately tells you "it's not my job to motivate you" when that's probably the one thing that they are supposed to do.
