Site and company needs work They are a small family owned company. They offer little to no benefits. Very little pay and pay raises. Management lacked communication with employees. Human resources were a joke that never answered the phone or got payroll right the first time. When the sites you are contracted at demanded more work, the supervisors never stood up for tbe workers and basically pushed us to do more work even though pay wasnt increased.
