Should be your last option Office is in the heart of Santa Monica. High-school like with a head count at 9am. Culture is more of a cult than anything; superficial and fake. Asking for a raise or a title change will probably result in being laid off. Difficult to express concerns about management considering there's no recourse. Lack of communication between departments, possibly due to belief in dailies being a waste of time. Trying to grow without investing into its employees or hiring more to support the growth. Passive-aggressive behavior is rather prevalent throughout management. Mishaps with paychecks and contracts happen often or are done last-minute. Little pay, favoritism, and unreal expectations that aren't even communicated makes this place a nightmare.
