Shell of what it used to be...... I have worked at Saban brands for over four years. Saban Brands used to be a wonderful company with vision, heart and talent. It is now a shell of what it used to be. Janet Hsu has run the entire company into the ground. No one knows or understands why she was made CEO, she is more of a glorified project manager. She has no real vision, strategy or leadership skills so instead she blames everything that goes wrong on her employees so Saban Capital Group will not replace her.
