Shady company that is horrible to their employees You live in a constant state of fear. Either the office will be closed and everything will move to the parent company, or someone's going to quit and you'll have to do their job with no pay increase, or they're going to lay you off so they can bring an Italian to take over your position. The top executive team is made up of Italian men, who are disrespectful to women, older employees, and employees that are not "cool." They are all inexperienced, took the place of a seasoned team, and are ruining the company. So many cutbacks yet the Italian team gets to travels often, fly business and stay in top hotels, eat lunch out everyday, go to the gym in the middle of the day. They can't afford to pay anyone, yet every Italian employee has their rent and car paid. Long time management employees have been laid off and replaced with Italians, or asked to move out of their offices (humiliating), or are no longer invited to closed door meetings. Long time executives now report to a 20 something CEO that was basically an intern a year prior. You have to watch 20+ year vets turn on their teams, and each other, so they can keep their job. It's sad
