Sex and pregnancy discrimination, shady business dealings Bosses talking about me in front of me like I'm not there saying "she's gonna quit and have a baby after we spend all this time trainging her". Not pregnant, not interested in being pregnant, I guess they were hurt/burnt by a former employee, but that is TOTALLY ILLEGAL to discriminate or punish and employee because they are pregnant. I was in my 20's living with 2 roomates, there was NO CHANCE of me getting pregnant. Strange that a woman was the one so focused on discriminating against women. Often our company would suggest to a client getting a quote/bid for a mural from another company, then Arteriors calls the client back and ask what price was the quote for the mural, then if the job was a high enough number to my boss, she'd take the job. It's an underhanded, dirty way of getting a sense of how big a job is and how lucrative by using the labor and time of another company for free. This is also illegal and really underhanded.
