RUN! There is no trust among your colleagues. The managers/CEO doesn't trust their production staff and vice versa. The production staff doesn't trust each other. Very hostile work environment. Health benefits are horrible, no 401K match, no career path, metrics driven. If you are not an extremely senior resource bringing in your own book of business, you will fail. There is no training and the leadership is extremely poor. It is a revolving door of talent. The company hasn't been able to grow and is, in fact, going the wrong way, even having to shut down an office in Houston and lay offs in the Dallas office. Management has been known to harass subordinates. If you are in a rut, they will embarrass you and call you out in front of others. People have even cried in sales meetings due to the intensity of the harassment.
