Run If You Can Many said this is a company without direction, which might be true. But what is even worse is the way they are treating employees. There are some really arrogant and mean managers, some are even in the executive team. They treat their employees with no respect. Some employees are bullied, threatened, and/or their jobs were held hostage so that the managers get to do whatever they want. I am so surprised that a company with such low ethics and morality can survive this long without being sued! Sadly this ongoing hostile environment has become a normal standard where these kind of unprofessional behaviors are tolerated! As for career opportunities, there is none. Most of the smart people left the company already. The pay is significantly below the market, at least for entry positions.
