Run don't walk to the nearest exit There is very questionable integrity where management is concerned. Termination based on one incident deemed as performance based without previous consultation or coaching. Performance based should have entailed a warning of some type. 90 day probation period and "at will" employer state is justification and cause for termination. The reason for termination did not financially jeopardize the company or put a strain on any company resources in the least. The team only within the last two weeks under new management terminated based on what little information they received....this is where there is questionable integrity. Also employees with questionable work ethics this very same department utilizing company time to work on personal projects allowed by management and not deemed as an integrity issue or cause for concern.
