Robert is a horrible communicator, does no reassure about the company or talk to anyone that is not in his inner circle. - This company has fired /let go of almost every essential function! All of IT, systems, payroll, HR, half of accounting is all gone! What kind of message does that send to other employees? Our execs would rather fire them and allow others to pick up their slack. - Bonus program is an absolute joke. I repeat - if you get a job here... your bonus is 100% driven by how well the exec team likes you. It is NOT driven by performance or other factors.
