Run and don't stop running I worked my way up from retail counter to management, and every step of the way I felt unvalued. Raises wont happen unless you're family, even tho they keep talkinga bout em. And hell, if you're family, you don't even have to be present at work to be paid. All decisions have to be run through the incompetent SIL of the owner, and he flatout doesn't show up. They lie to your face, telling you one thing and doing another or doing nothing at all. Criticise or qestion processes will get you nowhere. Theres no future. Sales staff is paid less than working at MCDONALDS and they only stay bc they cant drive. Company isn't growing. It's been in the red for years and only stays afloat bc of borrowing from other divisions.
