Potential to be a great company, but not there yet If you have an issue with the tardiness/hours worked by one employee, then address those issues with that employee, do not punish the rest of the company for his/her actions. This policy of working 8, and only 8, hours everyday, with a complete disregard for how many hours employees are working from home, or the number of times their evenings are interrupted by the team in China, is atrocious.
