Poorly Organized and Wasteful of Resources Extremely wasteful of resources. Everytime there was a teacher or staff shortage, they'd just throw money at the problem by having a revolving door of substitutes and no sustainable system. Leadership claimed to be "too busy" working on other things that they could have invested valuable time to hiring effective and valuable employees. There is also no work/life balance. As much as you try to sustain it yourself, CNCA is always asking more of you and with little in return. They work long hours and the turnover is extremely high in all positions.
