Poor workwise, excellent services There is no equality among employees, preferential treatment to certain employees is on the table constantly. You can't complain because you will find yourself in a worse position than before. The organization has been going thru an economical crisis for some years already, they pay too much to few employees, and they lay off the ones that really do the job, replacing them with cheaper workforce. No one feels safe there, any day you can be laid off without any previous notice.
