poor management Company changed after it was acquired by FOX. Used to have a lot of fun start-up perks but over the course of a few years it has drastically changed. There is no vertical movement in your position unless you are upper management. Upper management is not hands on and should truly recognize the backbone of the company rests on the people who are in the trenches every day. Appreciate and recognize the hard work. Certain teams see the facade management puts on by "pretending" to work or be busy. Saw a lot of great talented people let go.
