Poor Leadership at the Corp. Level and Do not value people Biggest downfall is the President JC. The President and VP do not value people unless they put a notice in to quit. Then, they offer more money or try to show they care. We had a manager working for us for 15 years and we did a cheap cake at the last minute to act like we cared (when I said last minute, I meant 2 hours ahead of time during a meeting). Zero development or room for growth unless you are a Team Member, Shift Leader or Assistant Manager. Good company to work for if you don't care about pay or growth. You ask for extra week of vacation to off-set the lack of pay and the VP laughs about it. Wonder how many extra days the President and VP take.
