Poor company They run their business like a sweatshop. They overwhelm employees with work and expect for you not to make mistakes. They deduct your pay if you are just one minute late. There is no overtime but employees work well over 8 hours. Management has poor attitude towards workers. No 15 minute breaks and only half hour lunch. They can fire you at any given time. Not worth working for.
