Pass on this Because it is a small company & "relaxed" environment people come & go as they please. Its very difficult to reach people for support that are not in the office or responding. Management comes in after 1-2 pm everyday, & not available during normal office hours. No room for growth. Management says they have an open door policy, but when issued are brought up, you are ignored. Favoritism is prominently displayed. People that have worked hard, have ended up leaving because of management.
