The work is beyond boring, mostly only commercial real estate clients in B2B field. Only 10 employees with 2 max per department making the workload heavy. Account managers have to also be writers and traffic managers because there are no writers or traffic managers on staff full time. You?re rarely shown praise, thanked or told good job. The owner and management lie to clients constantly to get work saying the agency has capabilities it doesn?t have and then leaves it up to account managers to figure out how to get the work done. Then management lies to staff making big promises about changes, hiring to relieve pressure and bright future to come none of which come to fruition.
