Ok Job, Badly Managed The managers are very badly organized, they are constantly changing up rules and regulations. Baristas are afraid of upper management. For example, we used to be encouraged to try the food and drinks so that we can enthusiasticly reccomend items. Then they decided they didn't want us to do that. We used to be able to make drinks for ourselves, but then they changed that and if upper management saw us with a drink they scolded us. Also customers are extremely rude, and upper managements wants all workers to constantly bend over backwards for them.
