Not what they say they are The CEO, Erik, is absolutely everything a boss shouldn't be. Read the other reviews and interview reports on here. You'll see a theme. Condescending, childish, bully-like demeanor--he is the reason this place has such a shockingly high turnover rate (i.e. on average each year they have a new staff, give or take a few employees who have bought into the company). He and the co-owners who are complicit to his actions (i.e. throwing papers in employees faces, firing because he doesn't like someone or knows that they don't like him, constantly contradicting himself and his expectations to make it impossible to succeed, severely underpaying full-time salary employees against state law regulations). It'd be one thing if he was a hands-off CEO, but he is under the impression that he has a creative eye and can do the job better than the people he's hired, so he immerses himself into every part of the process. If he were a boss that encouraged his employees and created a welcoming atmosphere, that'd be great. But instead, he invokes fear in everyone and gets a kick out of it rather than internally reflect on what he could be doing wrong. And he knows. The co-owners know. People have told them over and over what the problem is and nothing changes. The co-owners are almost worse because of their complacency. They get their nice paychecks so they just nod their heads to your concerns and then gossip about it instead of taking it seriously. I'm not a disgruntled employee, I wasn't fired and out for revenge, I just want people to know the truth. I left on my own terms when I got a better job opportunity. Stay away
