Not good My experience ended being laid off. The last months that led up to being laid off were bizarre. The lead worker would look at me sideways for the dumbest things. She worked remotely one day and I talked with a supervisor about work since she was not at headquarters. She was upset about this. I found a tool to help the with a task and she along with the another person told on me for saying "it was easy" in an arrogant type of way although I really said that in a "no problem" type of way. A bunch of silly nonsensical stuff like that kept occurring until the end. My last day consisted of the lead emailing me to take my lunch which she had never done. She eventually emailed me to meet her in the hr office before I could take my lunch. She was not in the office. I packed my things and left after getting the news as she hid out at her desk. Unorthodox to say the least. Having non supervisory staff intermingled with hr matters seems odd. Have better hr practices. This happened 2 months into the First Carbon takeover. I guess it was every man for the themselves I guess during the transition to cover their own necks. It was bad as MBA and worse as First Carbon. Pick your poison.
