Not Favorable workplace or enviornment The list could go on. Management doesn't seem to really understand how to operate a third party recruiting business or their people. Little flexibility in working hour schedules, therefore a work-life balance is almost non-existent. Some employees are favored over others and policies aren't clear cut for each individual. PTO is minimal, benefits aren't issued until day 90, and they do not offer any type of 401k plans. The atmosphere has become quite negative and if conflict arises, management does not know how to solve the issues appropriately. The owner expects that the staff work the hours of 9-6 however, pushes/encourages that the team be there around 8 or 8:30 and work until 7 or later, while he leaves around 3 everyday to tend to his lake. The owner also spends ample amount of time fooling around on LinkedIn "networking", but really all you'll see him engage in are political, religious, and other debates (which are rarely won) causing a poor reflection on CTI. Metrics are flawed and it has gotten to a point of only older people working as recruiters there with stubborn heads, therefore, if you are young, don't bother applying as the concern has come from the massive turnover from the more ambitious "younger" recruiters to hire younger generations. (Some fired and others voluntarily leaving) If I had to state all of this simply and why an opportunity should not be pursued with this organization, I would say poor management, work that is not valued, poor working environment, and poor perks for employees.
