Not an enjoyable place to start a career In regards to San Diego Office - junior staff are not valued and wages are relatively low for the area - a lot of turn over, even at the director/executive level when I was there, always hiring - a lot of time spent waiting for work yet you have to be there to work your 8 hour day - junior staff are very limited on how much they can actually contribute to a project and advance their skill set - junior and some mid level staff have no real project work - tasks are very tedious such as organizing files or developing contact lists - terrible traffic in the area - very boring and quiet work environment with low/no employee morale
