Not a positive workplace I'd only recommend Social Intel as a place to work very short-term, such as in between jobs. A key player in management is extremely difficult to work with (unprofessional, inappropriate, rude) and brings down overall morale of the team on a regular basis. There is no HR team to assist employees, despite growing company size. Standards for hiring are very low, which negatively affects the productivity/work environment for those who are actually committed to their job. Micro-management is a big problem - analysts do not have any sort of autonomy in their roles and are typically encouraged to "not screw up" vs being equipped and trusted to do great work. Pay is very non-competitive, especially for such an expensive city as Santa Barbara.
