Not a Place to Work if You Also Want a Life Cons are based on the experience in my department. I can't speak for the company as a whole. * No respect whatsoever for personal time. People work way too many hours. * "Job well done" is never to rarely uttered. Senior management only wants to berate employees for mistakes they've made, rather than tell them when they've done a great job. This is particularly unfortunate given the amount of time employees spend working versus having an actual life. *Senior management generally doesn't respect lower level employees and doesn't behave professionally. *Tendency toward cliquish, "us vs. them" mentality.
