Not A Healthy Environment Not enough guidance and very messy methods. The office is not sanitary and modern. Not much communication and thorough conversations about customer accounts. Misleading explanation to what my day to day duties are. Benefits do not kick in for a year and expected to do work outside of business hours without being compensated. Micromanaged by too many ?managers? and too much nepotism and politics. Wrong, untrained and uneducated individuals managing in an extremely competitive industry is not a good thing.
