Not a good place to work! My experience was pure torture! I was so slammed with work that I was constantly drowning. I would have needed to work 60 hour work weeks to keep up with my volume and I refused to work that much! I repeatedly asked for some of my duties to be delegated out only to be met with empty promises. When assistance was finally provided, 7 months later, it was minimal and really didn't make a dent in my workload. The company relied on reports and final numbers to determine when extra staff was warranted no matter how much the employees begged for help. I never felt heard nor did anyone ever reach out to me about creating a solution to the issues I was having. I was on my own! Extremely poor way to run a business! I was completely misled about the position I was offered and what was expected of me. I took a position expecting one thing and in reality, was given something completely different. And anytime something came up that they didn't know what employee would be responsible for, they sent it to me. The lack of teamwork was shocking as I came from law firms that relied heavily on team work. Lastly, it was virtually impossible to take time off as there was not anyone to fill in for me while I was out. I could leave for a doctor's appointment and come back to 50 emails in 2 hours. Even getting up for a drink of water would put me in the weeds. Pure torture! I do not recommend working here unless you are a masochist!
