No staff support or growth, disorganized and sterile Low pay, long hours. Endless list of responsibilities and chaotic days, yet the corporate team believes the staff members do nothing all day long. Most staff members are living hand to mouth while corporate turns a blind eye when this is brought up. Corporate makes confusing promotions and gives those jobs to unqualified people in the "in crowd" resulting in a chaotic environment. Opening lots of offices with nobody to staff them, and thoughtlessly dumping more on everyone's plate with no understanding of anyone's positions. This is confusing for agents and staff alike. Any time this issue was brought up it was ignored or inappropriately labeled as complaining. Some satellite offices need staff members to help understandably frustrated agents. When it comes to staff there's bad management, echoing and re-inforcing the idea that employees leave bad managers and not bad companies. There is no place to offer constructive criticism or seek help and guidance if a supervisor is treating a staff member badly - the right people will sympathetically "listen," only to turn it back on that employee later. Some agents are rude, entitled and nasty to staff members and they get away with it because they are top producers. It's an unfortunate example to encourage. In transition that's being handled poorly. Disorganized with no answers to questions raised by staff members, leaving the agents and staff scrambling. This makes staff look incompetent while corporate says nothing, silently backing that impression up. Everyone seemed frustrated, over worked and under paid. The culture took a nose dive over the past few years, it felt like the corporate team is trying to make the all offices purposefully sterile places where personality is discouraged.
