No silver lining No training agenda whatsoever, employees are basically forced to learn from other employees because management is so overloaded with work. The teams are so short staffed that management is also responsible for managing accounts. There is little connection between employee experiences and management/HR response. Issues and employee concerns were never fully addressed on multiple occasions, leaving employees feeling defeated and dissatisfied. The company, as a whole, seems to value sales and new business more than the respect and well-being of its employees. Employees are subject to mistreatment from customers and sales reps across the board (this includes foul language, screaming, lying about case dates/contracts, etc.). Individuals are asked to work overtime as non-exempt employees, which leads nicely into another point about how far below market value this company actually pays its employees. The work far outweighs the compensation, especially for the medical device industry. Employees are expected to maintain far too many clients that other important duties were being left in the dust (reconciliations, back orders, return material authorizations, etc). Most departments are barely keeping afloat.
