No room for growth. Watch out for fake reviews. Also a con: Cares more about personality than ability. They aren't necessarily hiring people who can't do their job but a lot of inefficiencies in place. All the good upper managers leave to find better jobs -Lots of turn over (seriously). They have random layoffs that seem to be based on current performance rather than overall performance. If they are low on money they will lay off whoever isn't useful at that moment even if 90% of the time their performance is better than others, especially in the sales department. - Upper management is trying to make the company more modern by hiring useless positions that seem "cool", like scrum masters who don't know anything about the tech industry or the software, rather than revamping the actual software and actually laying off the engineers who actually know the product and do the work. - The company has a super competitive atmosphere, except no one actually wants to work and just complain about how much work they have. - Because of the looming danger of being laid off, people (especially middle managers) only watch out for themselves and will throw anyone under the bus. - The benefits are crap. They make you take 40% of your PTO by July so they don't need to pay out PTO. They only let you carry over 3 days. The 401k is crap - Culture is crap. You just come in, do your work and leave. They say each team gets allotted money each quarter for an outing but it's just a quick lunch downtown. - Pay is awful.
