No future Management is utterly useless to resolve the problems they create. I have no idea how the deputy director and director have made it this far in life. People will steal your ideas and call them your own. Your colleagues will make mistakes and blame them on other people. No amount of hard work or ingenuity will get you ahead in this company. The people who I have seen get promoted usually get there because someone above them burnt out and quit or got fired because of a disagreement with management.
