Misleading interviews Very high turnover rate. I personally seen 3 warehouse employees terminated and 2 warehouse employees quit within 5 months. No promotions for African Americans. Expect layovers and no consistency with schedule. Don't expect to work full time hours consistently in warehouse. Drivers will get full time but be required to move freezers in customers houses. Small private own company . No benefits So hypothetically if you work for 40 years for this company and retire, your last week of your working check will be all you receive.
