Micromanaged to Death It will REALLY depend on what team you're on for what your experience is going to be. My experience was extremely negative and it was a bummer. My direct management was constantly in a competition over who can work the longest hours and go the longest without taking a vacation. This type of toxic behavior seems to be rewarded and trickles unto to the employees beneath them. My direct supervisor was EXTREMELY negative and would spend a portion of every meeting talking negatively about all other management and the company itself, even more so during our one on one sessions. It was always super uncomfortable.
