Memorable in a BAD way Unfortunately there is little flexibility in this job, Eric who is the Ceo micromanages the team meaning you're not left to be creative so the "design" is not really part of the job. There's a huge lack of communication between the factory, management, and sales...a lot of unhappy clients and frustration. I always felt like I was "on call" after my regular shifts because of this which wasn't a good feeling at all so the work and personal life balance wasn't there while working here.
