lots of work, good place to learn but the place is run by cowboys, gotta watch your back has got a fair share of selfish and angry employees, watch your back, don't trust your manager - work environment can be unprofessional - promise one thing, deliver another. they lured me with the promise of a certain bonus and didn't even come close...every year there was another excuse (ie our fund didn't do as expected, you make more than your peers, etc...) - some clients said they'd never do business with Marathon again, this concerned me and is why I left
