Lost in the Sauce I honestly don't believe that anyone that is a part of this organization has a legitimate clue what they are doing. There is no strategy, rather a reactive culture led by management. Some of the people at HQ are very hostile and inappropriate in the workplace. Every one that is not in a management position is forced to sit on their hands and bite their tongues because of the top down approach this company takes. I can honestly say I didn't realize how poorly this company (especially sales ops supervisor/manager) performed until I had left the company. Took a huge toll on my personal health.
