Long hours, bad corporate culture, best for entry level types Day to day operations are menial for someone with my qualifications and background. Was promised an opportunity for advancement but after a year I have remained stagnant. Everyone here is wrapped up in the company culture, and there is a high turn over rate. Small errors are always met with some sort of retaliation from higher ups. Not a good environment. Will be leaving once I get hired somewhere else.
